I never imagined a simple Red Velvet cake for my brother's birthday would change my life. The joy in his eyes when he saw that cake sparked a passion I didn't know was waiting to bloom.

Soon, my nieces and nephews began asking for birthday cakes, and that's how Nilos Cakes was born - from family love and the desire to make moments sweeter. Of course, there were challenges, like the time my tall cake collapsed because I forgot the dowels. But each mistake made me stronger.

Everything changed when my best friend asked me to make her granddaughter's birthday cake - my first paying customer. Later, completing an intricate wedding cake that seemed impossible made me realize this was my calling.
